Shipping Policy
We're able to ship our products across the whole of the UK. Anything outside of 100 miles of our store will be shipped and handled by our delivery partners.
We do aim to charge a set fee however shipping costs may vary depending on the order location. You can see the delivery costs in the checkout cart.

Orders placed before Tuesday afternoon will have their orders fulfilled from Thursday the same week. If you place an order after this cut off time, due to supplier & logistic lead times, your order will be delivered the following week.
You will receive a confirmation of what day & time your products will be delivered.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any beds and mattresses that have been opened & used unless they are faulty or defective.
Any beds or mattresses that have been opened and that are faulty or defective must be told to us within 24 hours of delivery. Anything after this time, you run the risk of not being able to get a refund. Please contact us in any instance to discuss this further
If the Bed or Mattress is still in an unopened condition and in original packaging, you can return this within 14 days of delivery.
Any item that isn't a bed or mattress, you have 28 days to return as long as it's not been opened and used. Items must be in a resaleable condition including the original packaging. Return shipping costs remain at the buyers expense.
